Chromed Piston Rings?

Chrome rings can withstand higher temps and are less prone to break under detonation. There really is no down side to chrome rings just that it might take a little longer to seat than a moly ring which is a softer material. I used Chrome Total-seal top ring and there 2-piece total seal 2nd ring system on my motor. Make sure you get a High tension oiling ring. Helps in keeping oil in the critical area around the pistion skirt at higher RPM's.
